Wine Advocate-Parker :
The 2011 Caillou has a light nose of lime cordial and freshly cut Satsumas, and it grows in stature with aeration to reveal subtle tropical notes. The palate is medium-bodied with a viscous entry that is cut through by a silver thread of acidity, rendering the residual sugar barely perceptible. It is extremely taut and focused with a very precise finish. This Barsac second growth has good potential and should drink well over twenty years. Drink 2013-2030.
