The 2014 Grasberg is pure, fresh and spicy on the nose, still marked by its lees flavors. Sweet and piquant on the palate, this is a rather light and juicy, fruit-driven Grasberg with good tannin structure. It is more austere and astringent compared to the beautifully balanced 2013, but finishes with tropical fruit-flavors, mealy calcareous hints and tropical-fruit aromas.
