Wine Advocate-Parker : The 2015 Pinot d'Alsace (formerly called Pinot Blanc) is mainly based on Auxerrois and opens with an intense and well-concentrated nose, even offering spicy, earthy and mineral flavors. Round and elegant on the palate, this is a mouth-filling and pretty intense Pinot, with smooth texture structured by a vitalizing mineral grip and acidity. The finish is long, elegant and beautifully balanced. This is a gorgeous wine with food.
