The 2014 Rotenberg is clear and elegant on the nose, where clear, ripe fruit aromas and some earthy/stony flavors are displayed. Round, intense and concentrated, this is an elegant and well-concentrated Rotenberg with fine tannins and salty minerality. It has a lot of charm and finesse, but is less dramatic than the long-distance runner of 2013. It has less botrytis to integrate. A classic, highly elegant Rotenberg. It will age terrifically also due to its 28 grams of residual sugar.
