Domaine Marcel Deiss : Rotenberg 2015

From Jurassic limestone soils, the 2015 Rotenberg is nicely clear but still marked by its long fermentation. It is pure, fresh and pretty stony on the nose, which leads to a medium-sweet, very round and elegant Riesling-driven wine with tropical fruit aromas and a lot of finesse. The finish is beautifully salty and even pure--it shows fleshy but highly delicate fruit.
