Wine Advocate-Parker :
For whatever reason, this classified growth did not taste as impressive as its sibling, Gloria - usually a lesser wine that sells for a much lower price. On the two occasions I had it, the wine exhibited a deep purple color, surprising softness for a 1996 Medoc, as well as an awkward character, with all of its components in a discordant state. I look forward to tasting it again at the end of the year. I think the wine possesses all the right stuff, it just needs to flesh out and find its identity.
