Domaine Gourt de Mautens : IGP Vaucluse 2011

 T.T.C.1 Bouteille (75cl)
Parker : 93 / 100
Wine Advocate-Parker :
A step back from the 2012, yet still a sensational wine, the 2011 IGP Vaucluse is about as sexy as they come. Made from mostly Grenache, it's almost overflowing with Provencal black cherries, black raspberries, melted licorice, lavender and saddle leather nuances. These give way to a medium to full-bodied, textured, seamless beauty that will continue to drink well for a decade (although there's no need to hold off).
