Wine Advocate-Parker : This year, I actually preferred Ferraton's 2018 Cote Rotie l'Eglantine to the Montmain. While it's similarly plush and ripe, it carries a hint of green herbs and black tea that gives this bottling a bit more individuality. Blueberries and a hint of roses expand on that notion. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, it gains focus on the finish to reveal intricate details of tea and dried flowers.
