A blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre and 10% Carignan, the 2011 Vin de France Dolia Paradis has attractive notes of sweet black and red berries, garrigue, Provencal spices and leather to go with a medium to full-bodied, nicely textured and concentrated style on the palate. The top selection of the estate, it's a classic 2011 from the Southern Rhone that has lots of charm, sweet fruit and a savory, dry finish. Drink it over the coming couple of years.
