Wine Advocate-Parker :
The 2010 Chablis Fourchaume stands apart from most of the 2010s in this lineup for its vibrant minerality and focus. Flowers, mint, crushed rocks and white peaches all come to life in this vibrant, beautifully delineated Chablis. The Fourchaume is the most nuanced and complete of the 2010s I tasted from Brocard. A portion of the wine was aged in oak, which works nicely here. Anticipated maturity: 2013+.
