Wine Advocate-Parker : The 2013 Morey Saint Denis Clos Sorbé 1er Cru, which is raised in 30% new wood, was just a tad muted on the nose: light redcurrant and strawberry scents reluctantly emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with quite firm tannins, the oak is prominent at the moment, although that should be absorbed by the time of bottling. There is decent length here, although there is something conservative enveloping this wine.
